Jennifer is experienced in teaching safe and sustainable mind-body movement and is a qualified Pilates teacher as well as RYT500 teacher. She has 10 years experience teaching teens in a post compulsory education environment. Jen loves to share the myriad of benefits of yoga with young women. Incidentally she is mum to two teen aged girls.
“In class we work to crate space in our bodies; over coming the sitting for long periods, heavy bag carrying and mobile device use that teens suffer. We also work to create space in our minds; calming, centering and breathing to release stress and tension and facilitate focus. Students leave calm and relaxed and happy. It is excellent preparation for exam and assessments,” she says.
Jen teaches two mid day classes, 11.45-1pm on Tuesday and Thursday and the Youth Yoga for girls course on Fridays at 4.30pm
