Jennifer Cook
Jennifer has practiced yoga for over 25 years along with contemporary dance. Following a course in Transcendental Meditation she really started to feel the benefits of a more inward focused yoga practice working with the breath, easeful movements and yogic principles – and came to understand that this type of practice is essential to living well as we age.
Jennifer completed her 200 hour Teacher Training with Contemporary Yoga in 2022 and has also trained in Yin Yoga with Daphne Luke (student of Paul Grilley) and in Restorative Yoga with Karla Brodie and Neal Goshal. She also has an interest in Somatics and has completed levels 1 & 2 of Hanna Somatics training.
