Yoga at work
Two of the Contemporary Yoga Team facilitate HUM - Balanced people, effective workplaces, founded on the principals of supporting indivdulas and companies humming to their full potential. HUM programs present a simple, practical approach to enhance well-being, good posture, and less stress at work.
Participants learn the fundamentals of breathing, sitting, standing, and moving well.
