Spring 2010
In the wind and rain and wind by an opal aqua ocean then to lush apple green grass wilding, too saturated to cut…A scented wave of daphne, jonquils, freesia, jasmine and violets…Spring.
For me, Spring to a Himalayan winter. I leave in November for Kathmandu to stay in two Tibetan Buddhist Monasteries, Benchen Phuntsok Dargyeling Monastery, benchen.org and Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery, namo-buddha.org . I will share Yoga and English, and no doubt football with my Tibetan, Nepalese, Bhutanese and Indian Monk and Nun friends who I met on my journeys last year. Also, I will again work with local vets caring for street and temple dogs. I will do my best when near a computer to send through images and words on my blog, treeyoga.blogspot.com.
